Postby teamoutlaw » Thu Aug 11, 2011 5:23 pm

Decided to add some full body widgeons by blue collar decoys to my full body spread. gets me a 2 doz mallards, 6 black ducks, 6 widgeons, and 2 doz mallard shells.
got the widgeon for 75 new from a guy who won them at waterfowlers boot camp, and 2 doz fa brand mallard shells for $100 from bass pro outlet. So Ive found some deals this off season. ready to put em to good use.

Gotchya... I think the one up in Cincinnati sucks... I've been to the one in Springfield before, and it blows the rest of them out of the water

Depends on what you're buying. Sportsman's Warehouse is overpriced on most things. Ditto on not being a fan of Bass Pro though, the one in Nashville isn't very impressive either.

Went to a Cabela's in Bozeman, MT this spring and BPS Nashville had just as floor space and in-stock items. The Cabela's was new though and seemed to be tailored to a somewhat smaller area. Still, it was a disappointment. Will still look forward to my hardback Cabela's catalog over any BPS catalog.
