That be fine just Be respectful of everyones blind and decoys. There was alot of problems last year with blinds where people would hunt in them and leave trash, steal, and shoot up decoys  . Not accusing anyone just asking for people to respect others blinds. It is a privelage to hunt someone elses blind when they went through all the trouble of putting it out

I think you all are crazy for leaving out decoys their ne ways. Matt had some high dollar decoys taken, another buddy who was in on the same blind lost some as well. the few times I did make it to barkley we didnt kill crap out of the blind. and usually always seen someones decoys making their way to the channel or washed up on the bank. I dont think Matt had any decoys to shoot because they took most of em. We got some different tactics for this season though.

just curious do you think they shot ducks in ur decoys or coots i guess. or just flat out shot your decoys.

You cant put out high dollar decoys and expect people not to take em. Alot of people cant afford to set out 8 dozen top quality decoys and the people that can know people will steal them. Another thing is i wonder if matt's decoys were stole becuase of what they were or someone taking them becuase they were his  And on people shooting up decoys im not saying they done it on purpose but if u cripple a duck let it get in a opening till u shoot it so you dont sink 2-3 decoys in the process. Barkley is not a gold mine for duck hunting. Their are going to b days u get skunked and their are going to b days where u can kill some ducks and have a good time. Its like every other place public there is to hunt. When u have a fresh wave of ducks in, the hunting is good. When they have been their a few days and been called at and shot at alot..they know to keep their feathery ass on the duck pond.

You use to be able to leave out whatever you wanted and not worry about it, but then all these punk *** kids started hunting down there who think they are duck hunters and stuff starts goin missing.

Your right brother!!! I got my share of haters but I hope they know there was only 100 doz. of that specific decoy made period and the staffers was the only ones who got them. I will see them again and it will be game on!!

my group was drawed 12th. and the dude that was drawed 11th that was in front of us i didnt recognize. I heared him say they didnt have a floating blind or a boat and wanted a spot they could walk to and build a blind. I know the boys that had 8 last year and it wasnt anyone from their group. After that i wasnt to concerned with him picking anything around the duck pond... We pinned #11 right beside were we was last year in #26. We didnt set records but killed ducks just about everyday we went out.

Actually it 10th and 13 th Blake. It was a guy who worked with Josh Adams. They have 6 and 27. Josh is puttin a floater on 6 and kenny ray signed on with the dude who drew 27. They were all with Josh Adams and that group who had 8 last year. Regardless of the draw number the guys with 6 and 27 this year had 8 last year.

unless the corn they have planted in the pond can grow from not even knee high to full ears of corn in less than 60 days i dont think it matters who has what blind...no food = ducks wont hang around long enough to get shot at.

I think the least the corps or whoever could do is get about 10,000 bushels of corn and just spread it all over where they planted so we'll have something to kill besides time!!  . Bc unless the corn in the wma area is 60 days corn its not gona produce crap especially since its looking like an early frost is in order.
