Public flooded timber???

Anyone know of any near paducah or within 21-2 hours of clarksville tn? I love hunting the woods so if anyone knows of anywhere please let me know. Thanks, joe

Onion creek bottoms. Try blood river as well.

The only public flooded timber outside of a few sloughs that you will find is going to be when the various rivers get out. You can find all kinds of it then.

It does at times when we get enough rain. Too late this year though, you have to put in to hunt it by the 31st of july.

I thought all the BGAD lakes had control structures like an overflow tube. I didn't think they varied in height much.

But they apparently give you a place to hunt, no choosing. I'll be there for this year's hunt. Anyone else get their packet in the mail yet?
