i know on barkley u have to be 200 yrds from any other blind but how does that work when the water is up and the blind in that area is too deep in water to use? do u still have to be 200 yrds or is there an exception when the blind is not huntable?

outlaw, the way i understood it was from the blind or blind site because at any time someone could get into the blind without looking to see where other parties were

Way I have always read the regs is you have to be 200 yrds from another hunter. I would doubt that if it is under that much water anyone will be hunting it anyways
