skillet i will know later today if I am off tommorow or not but I plan on going somewhere If I am. I know where they are killing a few here and there.

i may even make my way over into souther, illinois also. got a pit over there just wanna hear some reports to see how they are doing first before i waste a morning over there.

Didn't you say that pit was at Horseshoe? I hunted there quite a bet a few years back, just got tired of the hour and a half drive to hunt public land that didn't produce much when I could drive half an hour to 45 minutes and do just as well. Ha ha Hunting a private pit is probably much more worth the drive. We used to see a lot of geese, they just didn't want to come down in the public fields.

Yeah I have never hunted their public grounds. lablover hunted one of there flooded cornfields and shot a few birds but it was a warm sunny and slow day.
