Ever notice?

Postby Skilletshootin » Sun Dec 18, 2011 12:27 pm

Ever notice how calling ducks and golfing are alike?
How we forget about those 1000 bad shots when we finally hit that ONE good one.
How many birds have flared before we actually get some that respond? :lol3:

Here's four that fell to the call yesterday. People say gaddys arent good looking ducks, but I disagree. Please forgive the crap lighting.

Couldn't agree more. I think a drake shoveler is a good looking duck also. I may be in the minority on that. :lol3:

No more mallards than I have shot this year, every duck has its own beauty. LOL

i agree late in the year i love the way a drake shoveler looks. As well as a fully plummed widgeon. Great pics by the way, we need to start culling the coot herd around here

As long as I'm shooting I'm happy!!! Just like this past week. Me and a buddy shot a limit of geese and 1 mallard. Most of the time I dont even consider hunting geese...the day was slow so I took what i could get!!!
