I have gone over to SmithMills last week to scout it out. I am going back to hunting when season opens.

All the state pits are draw pits, but if no one is in one 30 mins before daylight its fair game.

Depends, Jenny holes pretty good through the week in the afternoons. Fish trap is pretty well crap. Couple buddies have a pit next to high ground, they have killed 97 ducks and I think 12 geese. We have been on the river a bit and in the lower bottoms. We have not done very good at all. We're going to try scuffletown this weekend.

We did more screwing around then we did hunting last week, so no not alot going on. I heard all the ducks are north of the walbash river, I might buy a 5 day IN license and try up there. Couple of guys I hunt with went down in the lower bottoms and killed 5 mallards this morning other than that not much around here.

My buddy and I went this morning, seen prob 200 killed two Mallards. Prob should have killed more, but we aren't pro's. Thousands of geese sitting on the refuge.

The water is way up if anybody needs to know...went and found out the hard way this morning...just if I took the boat, it would have been great...decent number of ducks flying.

Are you talking about in the sloughs area? I think you were closer to it a Ft. Campbell.
