have been 3 days and seeing very few have killed 5 3 woodies and 2 teal

Yep' back waters out. :getdown: Been hunting Hickman bottoms backwater. Limited out wed. and thurs. this week. Going again Sunday in the backwaters of the Clarks river. So far this season my group has killed 32 mallards, 5 gads, 2 woodys, 1 teal and 4 candians. :thumbsup: Seems the woodys have left, we usually kill alot more than 2 by now. :thumbsdown: Where is clear creek.

clear creek is in hopkins county in the tradewater river bottoms can be seen on this website http://kytcgis.ky.gov/his/KYTC_PL-HIS_Pickit.htm click providence and its south of there on hwy 109

That's a cool site. Thanks. Acutally I know a couple people that used to hunt the tradewaters. I think. Good luck this season.

The ducks have started to move in this area had a good weekend killed 15 between 2 of us in 2 days

:getdown: Get're Done, congrats. Yep birds are really picking up. I didn't get to go this weekend had to work, but my buddies clean house.

Not good, maybe by sunday though. Just go hunting and find out for yourself. I bad day of hunting is better than a good day at work anyway. There have been reports of hunting being "spotty".
