Define "Central Kentucky". Lexington area or E-town area? I've heard both areas referred to as "Central"

There are some new ducks here in Central KY (E-Town, BG, Russellville) but they aren't thick. We've seen new ducks on some ponds we hunt, and they are moving between ponds and the river with colder temps at night - but they aren't thick, unless you're hunting flooded cornfields where the farmer "forgot" to cut all his rows ......
