My first canvasback

Postby Rockbuggy1 » Mon Dec 16, 2013 12:54 am

I've never even seen one on barkley before. How common are they around here?? My buddy has hunted the lakes for 8 seasons now and said he'd never seen one either. 2 came in, none flew out Image

Guy is amazing with ducks. He's excellent with fin or fur too. But he's won a lot of awards for ducks. BG Gander Mountian has had several of his mounts when they first opened. My favorite is the wood duck in the glass case lifting off the water. And he is very reasonable with his prices.

I was fishing north Barkley pretty hard around 07-08 and saw several cans during the summer/fall that year. Have seen a dew hiring this year but none within reach.

Mark Thomas in Christian Co has done work for me and buddies of mine. Does a good job. Nationally recognized for his work.
