We have a place close to bagdad in a way I geuss (Vigo Road) in Shelby & yes there are quite a few geese around but they are locals that have not left yet and the same for Taylorsville. There are alot of goose feathers on the lake we hunt.
Lead to little, get a cripple. Lead to much, no such luck. Lead just right, duck for dinner tonight.

There is pond right off of 64 at the Simpsonville exit. On the right side of the road if you are heading east. This pond has a lot of ducks on it every year. I was wondering if anyone knew who owned it or if someone was even allowed to hunt it.

Don't know, but, If anyone is ever around the louisville area, look to you right as you pass the pheonix university building on I-64. On my way to bass pro on evening, I was in traffic, when i saw around 30 or 40 mallards committing over the parkway into this pond. It was pretty cool to watch.

They know where they are safe.
