Ballard WMA early application

Postby Ramsey84 » Mon Aug 18, 2008 1:14 pm

Can someone tell me how Ballard WMA does their early application process. I assume they have a lottery before the season to see who gets the sign in blinds at Ballard, does anyone know when, where, how.
