Well tuesday i went down to one of my leases in Grand Chenier , LA in cameron parish by pecan island. It looked horrible from all the distrusction , we had house floating in our marsh and oil rigs. not small houses either like two story houses. anyways after the hunt was over i decided to try to get to tyhis certain part of our lease that cant be reached by ATV so i had to go over some cuts and stuff and i got down to this pond. I knew there had to be some ducks there. and this pond is only about half an acre. So i squat down and i see some ducks and they all flew up and beleive it or not about 540 specks took off from the small pond. Never seen or heard of anything like that in my life. and i hunt marsh so it was very weird. any ideas why ?
