Looking for guide

Postby brookf » Tue May 08, 2012 11:15 am

Hi Guys,
Looks like my family is planning a tenative trip to N.O. at the end of November for Thr 49ers /Saints game. I will probably skip the $$ of a ticket to the game , but would maybe like to try to get in a day of duck hunting. If anyone could recommend a guide or a list of guides it would be much appreciated, prefererebly reasonable distance from NO.

Any help is appreciated...

Thanks, Brook

Wink is clear on the other end of the state. I'd PM "dog walker," who lives just south of N.O., and see who he recommends closer at hand.

I sent him a pm of the couple that I know that hunt my area. I'm sure there are others but I really cannot keep up with all the new pimple faced guides that seem to pop up

Wink wrote a book in which he makes fun of his sucker clients. I have seen his goose hunt clients literally hiding in road ditches on a well traveled road, hoping for a skybust. Anyone who spends a dollar with that guy is a fool. And he ridicules clients from Georgia.
My lab died, and no one on Duckhuntingchat even cared.

Don't be surprised if he doesn't, the OP is over a year old.
