Wax lake

How did u hunters do down there this year? Im not looking for any spots so don't freak. I usually make a couple hunts each year down there but got into a real good lease this year so didn't make the adventure...and as u guys who hunt down there know, it can often turn into an adventure. Just wondering if the payoff was there this year.

hunting in the wax was really tough hunting this year. water levels were drastic and the birds were not there

I just got back from helping a buddy clear out his houseboat down there. We road around a little and saw thousands of blue wing teal. We were wondering if they might be stopping in on their trip back north. We did see a few big ducks also but not many and we really didn't scout around a whole lot. That was my only trip down there this year
