Fritchie Marsh

Postby cary00silve » Wed Aug 29, 2007 8:19 am

I will be visiting my father for the holidays this year, and he lives just a couple miles from fritchie marsh. I am La born so I can get a relatively cheap hunting license and would like to get some greenheads (don't see too many in florida). I was just wondering how the hunting is in the fritchie marsh area. I understand that you can't run mudboats or airboats, so how do ya'll access the area? Will an outboard get me through there or will I be poling and paddling most of the way?

Thanks!

Poling and paddling will be your way! You should have a chance at some mallards in there if you can make at least one hunt/scouting trip to find the better areas.
