3 Day Duck Hunting Bender (Sat)

Postby duckmann » Tue Nov 16, 2004 8:06 am

Saturday morning after a short Friday afternoon scout found us on the Union river above Rt. 9. We set up a rough blind on the river edge and dropped 6 mallards and 6 black decoys into the water along with robo duck. Sat for about 3 hours and watched the snow fall were rewarded for our efforts with one red brested meganser that my buddy dropped at about 50 yards with his Nova. . . man I wish I could shoot like that!
