sea duckin

had a chance to go out sea duckin today with a friend of mine. so foggy out that 30 mph felt too fast in the truck on the ride down. ducks flew pretty good early on with a bunch of small flocks checking us out. by 9:30 it got pretty quiet and the wind came up. didn't get our limit but had a great time with some unbelievable January weather. anybody else getting out this time of year?

I thought the season was over for the year! but i was actually riding around perkins cove in ogunquit yesterday and saw a good amount of eiders and scoters just hanging out and flying by. now i know the season is still open, i may try one last time!
The worst thing about missing isn't the ridicule from your buddies, its the disappointed look of your dog
