What are your goals for the season??

Postby Seaductor » Thu Aug 15, 2013 12:58 pm

I'm thinking that I need to shoot a 10 goose limit at least one day this early season!! I wouldn't want a steady diet of it but to do it once would be pretty neat!
When you get to be my age, it's always a race to see if you'll piss inside or outside of your waders!!

Finally get a full days limit, hopefully 4 mallards and 2 woodies, and shoot my first seaduck! A shiny piece of jewelry to hang on a lanyard would be awesome too.... Come really close to my limit a few times but only having a quick hour or two doesnt cut it...
The worst thing about missing isn't the ridicule from your buddies, its the disappointed look of your dog

My goals are to have fun, watch my pup grow in ability, and watch my daughter shoot her first duck. other than that I would love to shoot a Pintail but I don't see that happening because I don't see them in the area I hunt.

You Suck unless you take me up there at least once!! Or you'll never get to see any of the super new south zone spots I've picked up!! Especially when the North Zone closes on NOV 30th :lol3:

grunt doc made my dog a collar that matches my call lanyard. he serial numbers all of his knots with a mock duck band... I would really like to add a band to my dogs collar. hes going on his 5th season and his age is showing. when he goes I would like to have some jewelry on his collar to hang on the wall. id also like to add atleast 3 new hunting spots to my quiver. always looking to add a new species to my book

Goals- shoot an early season limit of Geese, and just in general, do a better job of getting geese on the ground.
All about the pup from here on out!

1. Enjoy each & every experience
2. Appreciate what my dog does for me
3. Find 2 new spots (annual goal)
4. Be safe
5. Introduce someone new to the sport
6. Bring home some game
