- 2010 Boat, motor and trailer

I am selling my jon boat as I am transitioning from the Marine Corps and relocating.

I bought the package from a boat dealer in Maine BRAND NEW last year (as a leftover).

It is a 2010 Sylvan 1648, 2010 Mercury 40 H.P. 4-Stroke EFI Outboard with power-trim (controls located on the outboard itself and within reach of the seating position). The trailer is a 2010 Karavan Galvanized Trailer with Guide Bunks. I had the dealership winterize it and perform the spring service this Spring. The boat is registered for this year and has the sticker for freshwater use. This boat saw very limited use duck hunting last fall, and a hand full of fishing outings this spring. The boat was washed down and stored inside after each use and throughout the winter. This boat is in immaculate shape. On the last fishing outing I hit a rock going at a slow rate of speed, see pictures to follow with the outboard prop protector. This is only cosmetic and did what it was designed to do, there is no other damage or wear/tear on this boat. This is an amazing deal. I will include 2 Carlisle OD Paddles, a fire extinguisher, 2 docking ropes, a fortress fx-7 anchor with braided anchor rope (has storage as well, see pics), gas tanks, battery (turn key start... no fussing with yanking cords), 3 Max-4 Camo Seating Cushions and a trailer lock to prevent theft when parked at the ramp... these items add up QUICK!

*** I HAVE TITLE AND ORIGIN PAPERS IN HAND ***

*** NO LOW BALL OFFERS, THIS BOAT HAS LESS THAN 50 HOURS IF THAT ON THE OUTBOARD AND IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE ***

Half dozen ghg Hunter series full body goose decoys with 6 slot bag. Hunted one year, have over $200 in this with the bag. Also a dozen ghg sleeper shells, can't remember the size, also hunted a year. All in great shape, flocking is good. Asking $225 to help register a new truck.

DH15...15' with 63" beam, locking cover, 3'x8' cockpit, 6g gas tank, anchors, seats, nav and int lighting, compass, depth finder, bilge pump, full shelving, switch panel with marine batt, full cordura blind..........Honda 30hp 4 stroke with full electric tiller.......SeaLion trailer with spare, swing jack and guide-ons.

This is a turn-key deal. The boat is ready to go for the upcoming waterfowl season. This is a very stable boat and handles the Atlantic for seaducking. This is easy enough for one person to handle in all conditions, but allows comfortable hunting for three.

Am only selling to fund a new roof on our house....I'd rather not sell!!!! Asking $8200. Will meet w/in reason (Portland to Portsmouth). More pics available..........DUKHTR@yahoo.com

The new version of this boat is the DuckBoss15 http://www.duckbossboats.com/db_15.php

fs: Hybrid Prototype

Postby hobbsj » Fri May 30, 2014 9:07 am

I'm trying to sell my Hybrid Prototype boat. I built it about 2 years ago. Its in good condition with the non-fiberglassed parts epoxied for durability. I have elastic bungies all around for stuffing grass. Great to shoot from. I'd really like $300 for it to cover my materials. Selling because I'm going to a military school in Alabama for 18 months and won't have time to hunt and it will cost too much to store an I would like the chance to build another. I can't get my pics to load, but will send them upon request. I'm in Portland. I also have a cart for it for long walks in.
One thing duck hunting has taught me is that in prehistoric time, I would probably be a gatherer.

Eider Decoys

Postby cdux207 » Wed Jun 25, 2014 9:12 am

Two dozen Bigger Water super magnum eider decoys. They have only been used for two seasons. Really love the decoys-they are HUGE, but it seems my hunting priorities are changing so I have decided to sell them. I have had great success with these and have gotten many compliments on them. I just checked Bigger Water's website and they are selling new for $600/dozen. I'm asking $800 for all 24, which will also include long lines and weights. I also have a dozen extra heads to go with them.
