Good luck tomorrow!

Going for geese tomorrow morning, and if you don't mind my honesty, I can't wait!
Ducks are expected, but I'll be happy with a few honkers. Soon as we limit, it's up into a tree to stick a buck. Tomorrow may be a banner day for me...or a complete bummer. Let's hope it's the prior.
Good luck tomorrow.

Hope you guys have a good one! My son and I will be heading to our lease in about an hour. He is very excited, for that matter I am too. So far ducks are a little thin right now but the black geese are there in force!

Our trip was a big disappointment. There were geese all over the place last Saturday, yesterday we sat till almost 11 and had 1 decoy, about 7 came by low looking but never gave us a second look. And that was it! Heard some shooting to the east of us, but not alot for opening day. Don't think we saw but 2 or 3 ducks!

Nice pictures. I almost always pluck the feathers in the field so I will need to try to bring a camera with me. Cleaning the ducks at the house does not usually go over well.

6 geese for us. Had us on the X, but some competition decided to set up on the property line and cut the birds off as they came to us. I wasnt a happy camper  but hey, they were on the next farm and I wouldve done the same thing they did if I couldnt get on the X

My crew limited on Saturday. We had probably 200 fly over us (farm in Ho Co) but then a nice group of six decided to come on in which was the perfect number (3 of us). Only saw one duck all morning, was a ring neck all by themselves.
Going out to Frederick Co Wednesday moroning. Anyone seen anything moving out there?

I'm a little further west in Washington County. Hunted last Thursday and Friday and only saw one duck. The geese were in much lower numbers as well. The last Saturday of the first duck split we saw probably 20 or so ducks and somewhere around 40 geese. Pretty crappy at the moment.
