My dad is retiring to the MD eastern shore, so naturally I was looking at hunting opportunities in the area. I live in Virginia Beach and do quite a bit of hunting here, but am always looking for a new adventure. I would ideally haul my float blind up there, but in reading the regs it looks like you still have to be hunting at a registered blind site. As a nonresident, it doesn't even look like I can register a blind site. So it looks like I'm effectively locked out. Am I reading this right? :help:

if your float blind has a motor, there is plenty of public land out there.
IF not have your dad register it.
