Does anyone else fish for some of those big catfish on the lower Potomac?

I have not done it but was thinking about it. I might like to catch some where I can eat them. the ones around DC are said to be full of PCB's

We just release the ones on the lower but where else do you get a chance to catch a 50 pound fish. As far as eating the upper Potomac has plenty of fish.
