What are you scouting the park waterfowl?

There is nothing better than hunting with friends and then crackin' a couple of cold ones afterwards.

Man Busted. It's a park that only a few ducks were in a couple of weeks ago. It's about a half mile from my blindsite. Usually when I start seeing a lot of fowl the hunt starts getting good.

Just took a look at those pictures and that shoreline looks very familiar. The oldtimers call it the snakehole and the younguns call it Chesterwood... :hi:

Hello neighbor,

I have not heard snakehole in a while. Pictures taken on the other side. Good eye.

Whatzzzzzz up, born and raised in Edgemere, living in Towson now. I played ball at the park and did some swimming at the snakehole. That was many, many years ago. We used to hunt inside the railroad bridge, by the Country Club and man would we wreck the ducks. Is Carl still patrolling the waters down there?

They moved the DNR guys around not sure where Carl is now. Max was working the area but had knee surgery before the season closed. That cove was the best site in the area but the country club blindsites it now. The ducks in the area are no where near what they used to be. I remember 15 years ago you would have mallards all over the place. I see more divers back in the creeks the past few years not as many as last year. It's close to the house so it saves me in gas and more time on the water.
