Has anyone been practicing up by shooting some sporting clays this year??

I would like too, I got my own thrower but it body weight powered and the kids are still a little light to fire it. But we are kiling pigeons for farmers as they fly out of the barns. Man, they come out of those small holes at 35 miles an hours. That is way more challanging than skeet!

I've been down to bull run shooting center in Virginia a few times so far this year. Better improve my shooting or the ducks around here and in Maine won't have much to fear from me this coming season. Shooting pigeons sounds like more fun though ....... nasty little buggers.
