I have a question, is there any special regulations to duck and goose hunt the bay. Or can you just ride out and throw some decoys out and hunt?

I've scratched my head for (2) years now about this... The 800 yds off shore thing is amazing to me... I'm going to have to a better job of getting a blind stake next year.
Is the lower potomac portions nice? We hunt the upper portion with okay results, but nothing gang busters?
Any tips on the lower potomac would be much appreciated

MDWFA has made Balto and harford county reduced down to 400 yards. They would like to do all the counties but they need help from people such as yourself. Join if you have not joined and call your regional director and ask how you can help push it along for all counties.
If we work together we can get just about anything done.
