How did you do with the Blacks this year?

Postby JoeP » Tue Feb 21, 2006 6:41 pm

hey guys, Just wondering how did you guys do with the black ducks this year. I know we can just take one a day, but how was the hunting. Was there less than last year, more, the same, etc.
This is my first year of really putting in time for ducks and to tell
you the truth it is also my first year paying attention on the numbers of birds. I know the days of the sky's being full of birds are over but are you boys noticing that the numbers are hanging in there or taking a dive.

I'd say the same as last year. Locally, the black numbers have been good the last 4 or 5 years in my observation.
