fun morning

Got out before work this morning for a quick hunt. The only thing missing was a little wind but we managed a few. I shot my first triple which was kind of cool. Good amount of birds flying.

Congrats on a good hunt. I haven't seen any birds except in parks here in the north east.

Have you been looking into huntable bodies of water that they may be roosting on? You might be able to get them coming into the roost pond in the evening. Just a thought if you're having trouble finding fields to hunt.

To be truthful I only went scouting for hunting the day prior to the season opening up. I have been pretty busy on the boat to get much more time in looking for more birds. I will try on Mon night to locate any local birds.
