Deer South Shore area

Postby spreademandshootem » Thu Nov 14, 2013 9:49 am

I know its a duck chat but the deer chat is dead. Just seeing who has had luck so far. I've seen 7-8 so far mostly around sunset, but basically all does except one last night that came in just after sunset and had to watch. Too dark to see rack but he was grunting coming through. I did just bag a 235lber in maine

I am also curious to see if people knew of any deer pools around and if not is there interest. I would like to meet some more people that share same interests. I am based out of Hanson.

Good Luck on what ever species you're chasing

Nice buck. I put bowhunting on hold this year but plan to hunt shotgun. That being said, I and others are seeing tons of deer in the area, hunting and driving around.

definitely a lot of movement been seeing deer out in fields at noon time. Everything I saw in stand was within shotgun range. Only a yearling was close enough for bow so passed.
