One and Gone

Postby MIKE J. » Sat Nov 30, 2013 10:00 am

Moe had his one and done, This morning I dropped a drake mallard and while waiting for other birds I hear woosh - woosh - woosh and look over and see a Bald Eagle swoop down and grab the duck  That was cool to see. unfortunately it was the only shot of the day

ha, that is funny. must have been a cool sight to see, even though it was flying away with a nice meal.
I would rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

Wow that must have been cool to see. It does suck that lost your only bird of the day but it couldn't have been in a cooler way.

That's crazy, I've heard about it happening before, but never seen it. There was a youtube video a few years back that had a bald eagle stealing a dead duck.
Don't tread on me.
