Vacation Day One

With all my normal spots locked up with ice, I hit a river we usually go to once or twice a year. Nice bag of mallards, but did not see a ton of birds. It snowed until about 9am, then got clear and warmed up. It was a pretty nice sunrise with the snow coming down.
Don't tread on me.

that is awesome. i have been neck deep in Masters work for the past several weeks and have not been able to get out. that all ended tonight, though, and i hope to try a couple different spots next week. if i have half as much luck as you did on this hunt i will be thrilled. congrats.

Nice! Some water should be opening up this weekend. I am still on the deer bug until the end of the year, after that its back to the water.
