Final Approach Decoys

Postby Mr Shot » Sat Nov 05, 2005 8:30 am

Has anyone tries the FA mallard decoys? I am wondering how they hold up. Gander had some magnums with swivel heads on sale and they looked nice to me. How are they holding up? :help: :umm:

I bought a dozen to try this season, I don't like the way the swivel heads are, they will come loose in the decoy bag, so I wound up glueing them in place. I then had two keels break loose from the body on a windy day, not sure if I care for their snap in keel retention so I glued the remaining 10 in place and have to find a couple of keels for the ones I lost. Not sure if I would buy any more of that style.
