To be honest they hunt divers from the tip of the mit all the way to the south end of Saginaw Bay. Just depends where the birds are.

I hunt saginaw bay and shoot a lot of divers, Never go out to actually hunt divers but they always seem to come into the spread so we take them, Lots of blue bills and red heads along with an ocassional Can.

90% of guys go out of Seb. or Geiger, so I'd start there.

I hunt out of Quanicasee and Saginaw river ever single year with a 20' war eagle and layouts. go out of either and set up in 4-8 feet of water on top or just off the Callahan reef and you will have your limit every single time

In response to this member, I've never seen more ducks on the the saginaw bay than i have this year and its only the first week. 20,000 would be a conservative number just for what i saw opening day!

From the boat traffic increase on Callahan Saturday, thanks for sharing that with the bazillion members on the site  Great to be helpful, but might want to leave out the specifics on the web.

I don't think the post contributed to an increase in hunters. I hunted some state land in barry county most of sat. The 16th and I couldn't find a spot where there were no guys, it was a nice day everyone had off and there were a lot of ducks.
I also believe specifics should be left out, there is no point in saying an exact spot. Most of my spots are river bends and small ponds so I couldn't say where I hunt, but a ton of guys already know them as well.
