Went out today (Saturday) and the action was non-stop all day long, thousands and thousands of duck to the point that you would pick and choose which ones you wanted to shoot at. Mallards, Redheads, Cans you name it…all the marshes are frozen and lake St. Clair has ice where did all the ducks head to the banana south of Detroit. We got checked by the DNR on the way out and he said that he was guess well over three thousands mallards alone in one spot in the lake that he was watching. FUN…COLD and a way to rap up the season.
