hunting out of pinconning or linwood

just wondering how the water level is out in pinconning and linwood? Would like to try to get a 18FT boat with a outboard on it out their. I have never hunted that side of the bay. All my hunts have been on the east side.

Were you going to stay out in open water? or try to get in close to the cattails? Out of Linwood water is OK, just have to watch for a couple of shallow sandbars. A W/SW wind will change that in a hurry though.

Well if it was windy I would stay in closer. If not I would go out for a diver hunt. Is the shoreline like fish point? How good is the channel for getting out in deeper water marked ? Thank for you help!
