I only hunt the the refuge. My boat is set up for the refuge. The few times I've hunted the bays I wasn't very lucky. The key for the refuge is to go durning the week. I know it's very hard for some people to do so. When you go during the week the weekend warriors with there 75 yd shots and calling like they just entered there 7th grade band. What has worked best for me is a couple dozen decoys and a couple mojo's. The weather is huge the duck's allready seem to be call shy so I use mine sparingly. I was over there the 26th with 2 other guys we took 16 birds 2 teal, 2 woods, and the rest where malards. There are a ton of Pin Tails so be careful.
