2012-2013 SEASON OUTLOOK AND HARVEST REPORTS

Postby polohunter10 » Wed Aug 22, 2012 3:12 pm

Counting down the days until the season opens!! :grooving:
Have a first year dog that I have been working with a lot and cant wait to see what he has in the field!!
I have all my decoys, gun, shells and blind ready to go!!
Not as many birds as last year in the area as of now but this week they have began to cut corn.
Cold night and corn starting to come off should bring some birds into the area.
Just need to find the birds and the rest is history

Would like to wish everybody good luck.

POST MIGRATION INFORMATION, HOW THE HUNTS HAVE BEEN AND EVEN PHOTOS OF THIS YEARS HARVEST!!!

MICHIGANS BEST PART OF THE YEAR... HUNTING SEASON!!!

Lots of geese in the area, probably 200 or more flying around opening morning.
Only problem was they just cut a field down the road from where I planed on hunting.... :fingerhead:
I only got 2 for the weekend, but it sounded like the people in that field did pretty well.
Still better than being in the office.

How did everyone else do this weekend?
There are only two types of people in the world, those who love duck hunting and those who never have duck hunted.
