youth waterfowl weekend

hey in the season dates it says the youth waterfowl weekend,
does that mean only hunters ages 12-15 can hunt those 2 days in early season? cuz me and my dad would like to know and need some help

im not sure what you mean but the weekend that is the youth hunt is for ducks and geese i believe the normal duck regs and the early season goose regs. to be 100% sure check the dnr site

yes only 12-15 year olds can hunt if your father cares a gun he will get busted..

ok so regular season areas r open for youth 12-15 only rite?
not just the managed areas?
my dad knos not to carry a gun :thumbsup:

o yea, im in the south zone and it says that geese end on the 15th, does it open back up for the youth? thanx for the help

yes i believe you can shoot geese to but you can only shoot whatever the limit is for the area you are hunting. i am going to be 16 on the 15th so i will not be able to hunt the youth season this year :thumbsdown: Hope this info helps. make sure to check the limit on geese for the area you will be hunting! although last year the youth season was on i believe the weekend of the 11th. I would double check to make sure though.
