I think they're the most fun and challenging to hunt. We like them cause they dive bomb you and since they're so small you have to keep a good aim. I think they taste good if you cook them right. I'm not certain how my stepmom cooks them but I like em enough.
I had been to school and could say the multiplication tables up to 6x7=35, and I don't reckon I could ever get any furthur than if I was to live forever

you gotta love the coloration on the head, and yes they are fast little ducks.

We just went to Caribou Lake (by Drummond Island) and shot quite a few Buffleheads. They decoy well and do taste good when cooked properly. We breasted them out, sprinkled cinnamon and a few other spices on, wrapped them in bacon and baked for about 45 minutes. Definitely tasted good.

I marinade them and then bake em with the bacon works goood

on thanksgiving what was the first thing to come in was a buffy and you know what i how i cooked mine? with a 3-1/2 1-9/16oz #2 wasn't much left but that was good because i knew that it wasn't going in my freezer
