We have taken 50-60 birds, half geese but no jewelry at all. I think we dont see alot of bands, becuase we arent close to Fish Pte, Nayaqhing or Shiawassee. Maybe, some flight birds will have some. Good luck !

I sadly sailed a bird with an orange neck band last weekend. I looked in the field next to me which was standing corn for 2 hours and even went and got a dog but by then it was to late. They can run fast when they hit the ground as we all know. I am just sick!!

I shot a Green Head last year with a Jack Miner band. The band wasn't orange. I keep forgetting to register the band online with Jack Miner. Perhaps i will this week.

Orange neck band is a St. James Bay Goose, ya know the ones they have been monitoring around my parts for the last 5 years to see how many we actually kill around here and what not, causing us to have screwy seasons and 1 goose limits.

My Jack Miner band is a "Behold I come quickly" band...well, the duck fell quickly anyhow.

Nope it's not a jack miner band it's an orange neck band. Miner only used leg bandss I think

I have killed two miner banded geese in Howell a few yrs ago what a lucky day. That spot was much better for bands than albion is

Yes, Miner only does neck bands. Also, all of his bands have a qoutation from biblical scripture. check out the website, pretty cool.
