The SD forum is pretty dead so looking for some info

Postby beretta24 » Tue Jan 01, 2013 8:33 pm

I am looking to have a bachelor party in SD this April and want to know if anyone has some recommendations for a place to stay. There will likley be 8-12 guys. We're primary looking at that area for some fishing. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Depends on how far you want to drive. Chamberlin, SD is on the Missouri River fished it with my dad and some family friends last year around the April time frame and did well had to work for our walleye limit but got it non the less. My parents own a cabin on lak poinsett south of Watertown. That area has a lot of fish in it great sized perch and some very nice walleyes in lots of the lakes around the area.

Ended up at Lynn Lake lodge. They have good facilities for a bigger group. Should be great if we can find the eyes or perch. Thanks for the info.
