Hunting land for lease.

Does anyone know of some hunting land do lease? I live in the metro and would like to keep the drive under 2hrs. Willing to pay $1,000 for the year.

I live in the North metro.

I'm mainly looking for a place to duck hunt. I would prefer that the land can be used to hunt other game too.

I will talk to the guys we used to lease from and see if they are leasing again this year. Leases in MN are not worth it in my honest opinion. We have leased plenty of fields and other land in the past and have gotten away from it. They're just are not enough birds to keep you happy in most areas. Also unless you have the means to watch your fields you will have someone else on them especially if they are in a good area. $1000 will get you 1 maybe 2 3-400 acre fields. Becareful on your lease terms, guys will "lease" you a field for $100 but he'll "lease" it to 5 other groups also. I'll let you know with a PM what I find out. If you want any other info PM me.
