I have a 15 minute policy. One of my old buddies showed up 30 minutes late to my house; I was gone.

He learned very quickly don't sleep in. I give them 15 minutes.

I don't call or text. I simply leave.

Damn cold blooded lol. I hate when I stood up by friends tho. Nothing worse than asking your buddy where he's at and he texts you back "yeah sorry not coming"

Like really you should have told me at 7:00 the night before when you had your first beer you weren't gonna be making out.

I've lost a lot of hunting partners to the bars.

I look at my partners like my hunting dogs.
Some dogs have the drive and some just don't hunt.

Cold blooded is right.

After moving back from Texas this was the first year going out with some old friends and new ones.
So far only one does not have the drive.

I even went out with my cousins boyfriend.
He was 15 minutes early.
He became family approved that morning.

He is going to forge the snow with me on Saturday morning.
Now thats cold blooded.

Haha i hear ya. I got million buddies that wanna hunt when the sun is shining. Not too many when the weather is nasty. It's tough finding people who can just push through garbage weather.

I had one really good friend back out on cause he said he had a wedding. My brother told me he saw him at a that same night. We ain't even cool no more and he asks me why I never call him to hunt anymore.

We did trim it around the shoulder openings however i wish I didn't; Calvin fluctuates his weight so much that one week it fits good the next week it is loose.

This picture shows it when he was in his fatter days.

Real slow morning for me again on another small pothole. I just can't get things right on Thursdays. Same general area as the one I hunted last Thursday so area might be bad but I can't figure out why it woul be. Plenty of water and not far south of glacial ridge NWR. I only saw a few ducks and only shot one bw teal.
