Need to find at least one good bird

Postby chasing the GREEN » Tue Oct 29, 2013 10:13 am

I got a call from a buddy that is taking a taxidermy class this winter. He wants me to shoot him a few decent birds for him to mount/use as practice and or projects for the course. the call was just a day or two late as I just got back from SD. Now I need to find a spot that I can bag at least a few birds for him. So far I haven't found much around st cloud...

nothing really too special. I think he just needs a few to practice on. id like to shoot a decent one he can use as his "final" so that I can put it in the basement or garage when he is done

Sure you were joking but coot may not make good starter birds. Pretty thin skin.
