Mississippi Unguided Hunts

Postby colebyrob » Sun Dec 08, 2013 3:55 pm

My friends and I are wanting to make a trip to Mississippi to go duck hunting. We are wanting it to be unguided, and we have all the necessities. Has anyone had a good experience with a farmer/outfitter on a day/weekend lease that you would like to recommend?

I've hunted with a farmer named CJ Parker near Carlisle, AR who may be able to accommodate your requests. I know the landowner shuffled some things around this year, and the farmers that lease the Ag and Hunting rights had to change their operations up as a result. He may no longer lease holes to individuals. It's worth a phone call: 501-412-8477

What if a guy was to bring his own boat down and try to hunt water? I have free lodging at a buddies house in Corinth. Anything good close to there like the Tennessee River? Looking into doing something next year as well.. Thanks
