Finally good customer service

I know often times we all complain about companies and some of the products we buy. I am never one to complain but last season I bought a bunch of duck decoys from Cabelas. Not long after I opened the carton the paint started to flake off and I mean alot , not just a flake here and there. Well actually got surfing around and pulled up the companies website and got a number and called. Explained the situation and talked to one of the nicest ladies in the world who had me email a couple of pics and other general information as well, and told they would get back to me. That was tuesday morning. Well when I got home from work tonite sitting inside the door was three boxes of decoys. I was completely floored that in less than two days they replaced the decoys with new ones and didnt even want the old ones back. I couldnt believe it and still dont as I write this. And just wanted to share the expeirence to often is it just the opposite end of the spectrum in matters like this.

I always like to hear stuff like that. If a company does me wrong, they hear about it. If they make things right, then they will hear about it also. Only in a good way. Psst...Suskie...bring em with ya.

I was gonna write something like this too about Cabelas. My waders that I got last Christmas from my parents leaked during Teal season. I had worn them maybe 4 times for dog training and then Teal season. I called them and shipped them back. It took maybe a week to get the new pair. The people I talked to on the phone were great too.

Here's to Cabela's :salude:

Man I just got a check in the mail today from Cabela's for $7. They said I over payed on my order or something, but I didn't make an order, I just returned something. I guess it could have been for the shipping. Cabela's is really doing me right with the waders.
