I want to thank all my buddies that that I served with and that are still serving in the Navy. My Dad and my nephew who just got back from Iraq (recipient of a bronze star for valor in combat no less)

Thank you all for your sevice and your sacrifices in war and in peace.
We can never thank them enough, but if we forget them, then everything they fought for was for nothing. NEVER forget them.

Thank a Vet. Punch a hippy.

At lunch the other day we saw news stating that some more of our boys had fallen. A co-worker said to me “ I bet you hate hearing that?” I said in response “do you know what my greatest fear is? “That’s two Marines coming to my door in dress blues telling me that my son has fallen.” As a father of a Marine I pray daily, all day long for his safety and for all the men and women now serving over in Iraqi.

My son didn’t have to go; at the time of his graduation he had a ton of collages wanting him to play football for them. He divided to serve his country instead; I can’t begin to tell you just how proud I am of him. So to all family and friends of those serving now, my prayers are with you and for those serving. My God keep them safe, and bring them home soon.
