Yeah I overlooked it the first time, but I still looked there before you recommended it so it doesn't count. Sorry.

Actually I'm not sorry.

Why are you grocery shopping at 3pm on a Friday... I feel like you are never working on Fridays....

Do you have a job, or is this a long running ruse to not share your lottery winnings with the rest of the family?

I had intended to be fishing with baker today, but had a meeting that I couldn't miss get scheduled for this afternoon. If it wasn't for that I would have stuck with my original plan of taking a vacation day so I didn't have much to do beyond that meeting.

No sir....that thing never seen the oven again. I cook it to an internal temp of 120 degrees in the center, remove it from the oven and cover with foil. It will continue to cook in the center to 135 degrees and that's where I cut all of the rare to med rare steaks.

Amaretto is done. That double batch made roughly 9 fifths. It's good, but I'm gonna make another batch and tweak the recipe to my liking then blend the batches together...should be spot on after I'm done. I used fresh peppermint leaves and the recipe called for store bought leaves. my fresh leaves were potent and the peppermint overpowers the other flavors. I'm leaving it out and adjusting some of the other ingredients this go around.
