bought 10 lbs. of fresh shrimp monday. we popped the heads off and froze most of the tails. I cleaned the one trout and one redfish, pulled out the guts (saved them to add to the hole when I plant my pepper plants) rinsed the fish scraps off good, and added them to the pot with the shrimp shells and heads. I got 1.5 gallons of concentrated rich smelling shrimp stock.

Etouffees, Creoles, shrimp and grits....

I feel pretty good for a guy that drank a case of beer and a fifth of bourbon.

Yes and no here. We got so much late I'm afraid it could have done a number on some early nests. Well see.

My drunk is wearing off and the hangover is kicking in. I can two things. Start drinking again, or take a nap.

Everyone is excited and boot as hell. They think they're on top of the world cause they just graduated. It will pass, don't worry.

Can't say you've drank all day if you don't start in the morning!

My vote is start drinking again!

Changed a light bulb in mine...it was exhausting @

Finished the wiring in the basement, worked with the pup a while, and made a cheap target stand. It's been a good day.

I have spent my afternoon at the Harrod Pork Rind festival. Drove one of our fire trucks in the parade and am now finishing the night off in the beer tent drinking 3 dollar beers.

I'm watching World War Z on Netflix. I'm not sure but I think this is a movie about how Brad Pitt watches things from a distance.

Like every 15 minutes everything stops and Brad just stands around watching something take place off in the distance.
