Roads are iced over. it's freezing rain, and nothin better to do...I'll post pics. as I go. I'm stuffing 'em with black cherries and braising 'em in bacon fat. :thumbsup: should be fallin off the bone tender in about 5-6 hrs. :drool:

Here's the final results:
Added about 1/3 cup of this at the last 30 minutes of cooking and stirred it in good...
